3. Premium Packs and Courses

  • Most content and courses are available only through paid premium packs offered either by StudyClue or third-party institutions.

  • All purchases are non-refundable and valid for a limited period (e.g., 30 days, 90 days) as mentioned at the time of purchase.

  • All premium packs are for single-user access only. Any attempt to share, resell, or misuse access may result in suspension of the account without refund.

4. Use of Content

  • All MCQs, tests, documents, and digital material hosted on StudyClue.com are for personal learning use only.

  • You may not copy, distribute, republish, or sell any material without written permission from the content owner (StudyClue or respective institution).

5. Third-Party Institution Content

  • StudyClue allows third-party institutions to list and sell their digital courses and content.

  • We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of the course content provided by any institution.

  • Success in any examination or outcome from using a course is not guaranteed by StudyClue or the institutions.

  • Before purchasing any course, users are advised to carefully read the course description and, if needed, directly contact the institution for clarification.

  • StudyClue acts only as a technical service provider and is not legally responsible for the content uploaded or sold by institutions.

6. Institution Responsibilities

If you are a registered institution on StudyClue:

  • You must ensure that all course materials you upload are original and legally owned by you.

  • You must deliver content as described in your course listing or pack details.

  • In case any content is found to be copyrighted, plagiarized, or stolen, the institution shall be fully responsible, and the content may be removed without notice. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

  • Institutions violating these rules may have their access revoked and listings permanently removed.

7. Service Changes

  • StudyClue.com may update or modify its features, pricing, or services without prior notice.

  • Temporary downtimes may occur due to maintenance or upgrades.

8. No Guarantee of Success

  • All materials and content are provided as learning support tools only.

  • StudyClue.com does not guarantee success in any competitive exam, admission, or job opportunity.

  • Your progress depends on many factors beyond the platform, including your own preparation and effort.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • StudyClue is not responsible for technical errors, service interruptions, loss of data, or damage arising from the use of the platform.

  • Users and institutions must use the site responsibly and comply with all applicable laws.

10. Termination of Access

  • StudyClue reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user or institution account found violating these terms.

  • Misuse, fraud, or illegal activity may result in permanent access revocation without refund.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any legal disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts of Himachal Pradesh, India.
