At StudyClue.com, we provide access to digital learning materials such as MCQs, mock tests, and previous year question papers through premium packs. These are digital services, not physical products.

We do not sell any physical or downloadable products. All premium packs provide access to online content only.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Since our services are digital and available instantly after purchase, we do not offer automatic cancellations or refunds.

However, in case a user:

  • Accidentally purchases a premium pack,

  • Or intended to purchase a different pack,

You must contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation:

  2. Mention your registered email, mobile number, and order details.

  3. Clearly state the reason for cancellation.

Our team will review your request and verify the transaction. If your complaint is found to be genuine and valid, we will:

  • Process a full refund,

  • Revoke access to the mistakenly purchased pack (whichever is applicable).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 working days to reflect.


Refund Not Eligible If:

  • Request is made after 24 hours of purchase.

  • The user has already started using the premium content.

  • The complaint is found to be false or misleading.
