1. Using Our Website

StudyClue.com is a digital learning platform that hosts MCQs, mock tests, study material, paid courses and ebooks provided by StudyClue and registered coaching institutions and authors.

Anyone can browse the site, but to access premium features. ebooks or make purchases, you must register and log in.

2. Account Rules

  • You must create a personal account using a valid email address to access mock tests, ebooks courses, and progress tracking features.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Account sharing or using someone else’s account is strictly prohibited.

  • A user can log in on only one device at a time. Simultaneous logins from multiple devices are not allowed.

3. Premium Packs, Courses & E-Books

  • Most content, courses, and e-books are available only through paid premium packs offered by StudyClue or third-party institutions. Some e-books may also be sold individually, as stated on their product page.

  • All purchases (including e-books) are non-refundable and valid only for the access period shown at the time of purchase (e.g., 30/90 days) unless otherwise specified for a particular e-book.

  • All premium packs, courses, and e-books are for single-user access only. Any attempt to share, resell, copy, print, or distribute e-book files/content, or otherwise misuse access, may result in suspension of the account without refund and may invite further action.

4. Use of Content

  • All MCQs, tests, documents, ebooks, and digital material hosted on StudyClue.com are for personal learning use only.

  • You may not copy, distribute, republish, or sell any material without written permission from the content owner (StudyClue or respective institution). Legal action may be taken.

5. Third-Party Institution & E-Book Content

  • StudyClue allows third-party institutions, authors, and publishers to list and sell their digital courses, e-books, and other digital content.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any course or e-book content provided by third parties.
  • Success in any examination or outcome from using a course or e-book is not guaranteed by StudyClue or the respective providers.
  • Before purchasing any course or e-book, users are advised to carefully read the description (and previews, if available) and, if needed, directly contact the institution/author/publisher for clarification.
  • StudyClue acts only as a technical service provider and is not legally responsible for the content uploaded or sold by institutions, authors, or publishers.

6. Institution/Author Responsibilities (Courses & E-Books)

  • If you are a registered institution, indivisual educator or author on StudyClue, these rules apply to all content you upload or publish—including courses/packs, e-books (PDF/EPUB/online reader), question banks, notes, videos, images, audio, covers, titles, and promotional materials.

  • You must ensure that all materials are original or that you legally own or hold written permission/license to distribute them.

  • You must deliver content exactly as described in your course/pack or e-book listing (chapters, files, updates, and features).

  • If any content is found to be copyrighted, plagiarized, or stolen, the institution shall be fully responsible; the content may be removed without notice, payouts may be withheld, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

  • Institutions violating these rules may have their access revoked and their listings/e-books permanently removed.

  • You must maintain proof of ownership or license for all e-books and other materials and provide it to StudyClue upon request.

7. Service Changes

  • StudyClue.com may update or modify its features, pricing, or services without prior notice.

  • Temporary downtimes may occur due to maintenance or upgrades.

8. No Guarantee of Success

  • All materials and content are provided as learning support tools only.

  • StudyClue.com does not guarantee success in any competitive exam, admission, or job opportunity.

  • Your progress depends on many factors beyond the platform, including your own preparation and effort.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • StudyClue is not responsible for technical errors, service interruptions, loss of data, or damage arising from the use of the platform.

  • Users and institutions must use the site responsibly and comply with all applicable laws.

10. Termination of Access

  • StudyClue reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user or institution account found violating these terms.

  • Misuse, fraud, or illegal activity may result in permanent access revocation without refund.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any legal disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts of Himachal Pradesh, India.
